Dan Farah graduated from Trent University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After running a successful landscaping business in Peterborough ON for several years, he and his family decided to move to Kingston, where he became interested in the field of property management. He began working for a well-known property management firm in Kingston and spent the next five years learning the ins and outs of the industry. He developed a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations governing the landlord/tenant act, learned how to mitigate risks in order to maximize the return of landlords' investments, and learned the importance of creating relationships based on trust and transparency with landlords and tenants. Dan is now the proud owner of the residential division of the company for which he worked and is dedicated to continued quality service and sustainability.
